Do you accept returns?

Because all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, PLEAAAAASE (no seriously) send us an email at info@marcelinehome.com. We will be happy to get it all figured out. :)

Recommended garment care?

Wash in cold water, hang to dry. (or tumble dry on low)

Mug care?

Our mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe!

When can I expect my order to ship?

All orders have a turn around time of 4 weeks(calculated from order date), unless stated otherwise. Please note, certain items may ship separately, depending on size of order/items. Turn around times may change from time to time (for example; holidays and other factors) but will always be communicated transparently.

How is my shipping calculated?

We use the USPS to ship all domestic and international orders. Prices are calculated by weight/size of product and by the distance you live from us!

International customers are responsible for any duty/taxes that are required upon arrival.

Do you accommodate trip dates?

First of all.. jealous. So excited for you! Depending on your date, we may be able to make it happen! Please email us before ordering just to make sure.
